At the Memmert Rothsee Triathlon, where we are the main sponsor, we took part this year with 4 relay teams and many individual starters. The highlight of the event was the Memmert stand: In addition to excellent coffee, we also had delicious ice cream, a pinball machine to try out, free drinking water and, incidentally, the best jobs in the world.

What an incredible experience at Challenge Roth 2024! Hundreds of thousands of spectators, a great atmosphere at the roadside and new world records made this day unforgettable.
Team Memmert was strongly represented with 4 individual starters and 7 relay teams. A special congratulations goes to Matthias Grosser, who achieved 20th place in his age group and 5th place among all district starters with a sensational time of 08:47:13. Our Memmert relay team 7 also secured an excellent 5th place in the relay classification with a time of 07:56:16.

The Memmert Mile: The Memmert Mile is located on the running course shortly after transition zone 2 and just 800 meters before the finish line - and we as the Memmert family make it our mission to give the runners another portion of motivation along the way. What our young visitors were probably most pleased about were the prizes that every child received after taking part in the pinball competition. And we? We were particularly impressed by the rousing atmosphere of the event and the shining eyes at the sight of a free refreshment.
With a dynamic and motivated team of employees, we took part in this year's district run in our home town on June 29. The popular district run in Roth took place for the 39th time this year: According to tradition, the starting signal for the first stage is given in Wendelstein at 7:00 a.m., before the athletes then set off across the entire district. Consisting of 28 stages over various lengths (between 3.3 and 10 kilometers), our employees gave their all despite the heat and achieved a great 23rd place among the 34 participating teams. We are extremely proud of our team.
In this fall, there will once again be several sporting events in the metropolitan region that are also supported by Memmert: On October 6, 2024, participants can run in various competition categories as part of the 29th Citylauf on Schwabach's "Golden Miles" - from the Memmert Bambini Run (500 m) to the half marathon or the Goldschläger Marsch (21.1 km each). In addition to the Citylauf, various school and youth cups are held, such as the Kunstweglauf and many more. The next event will be the Kirchweihlauf in Roth.
