What awaits you

Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the production control team
Ensuring on-time production and logistics of customer orders, taking into account finished goods inventories
Optimal control of complex, multi-stage planning and scheduling processes
Ensuring efficient work planning and defining production processes according to business criteria
Reducing order throughput times
Introducing and continuously monitoring suitable KPIs and creating standards

What we are looking for

Motivating, goal-oriented and situationally flexible leader with hands-on mentality and enjoy challenges
Completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or Industrial engineering (focus on SCM and logistics)
Management experience in production planning, scheduling and production control
Practice-proven lean management knowledge
Experienced with MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP (proAlpha)
Very good German and good English skills
